First Call
When you call, you reach someone who can answer your questions. We discuss your project scope, timeline, and any constraints. If we are a good fit, we schedule a site visit within 48 hours.
Site Visit and Assessment
We walk your facility, review existing conditions, and document what the project needs. For TI projects, we review the plans with your GC. For service calls, we diagnose and provide options on the spot.
Proposal
You receive a detailed written proposal within 5 business days. The proposal includes scope of work, material specifications, timeline, and a fixed price. We spell out the full scope, inclusions and exclusions alike, so you always know where you stand.
Scheduling and Coordination
Once approved, we assign a crew and lock your project into our schedule. For GC-managed projects, we attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate with other trades. You know who is showing up and when.
Execution
Our crew arrives on time with the right materials and a plan for the day. We document our work, keep the site clean, and communicate daily with your project lead. If something changes, you hear about it the same day.
Inspection and Closeout
We schedule and attend all inspections. Punch list items are addressed the same week they are identified. You get as-built documentation, labeled panels, and a clean handoff.
Ongoing Support
After closeout, we are still one phone call away. Warranty items, service calls, and future projects are all handled by the same team that did the original work.
