22+ years in the electrical trade. Tom founded Constitution Electric with one truck and a commitment to being the crew GCs could count on. He oversees every project personally. Outside of work, Tom rides motocross.
Aaron Beimer
Foreman · US Army Veteran
United States Army veteran. In the electrical trade since 2020. Aaron leads job site operations, manages material logistics, and mentors apprentices. He is an accomplished rodeo rider.
Moise Jean-Baptiste

United States Marine Corps veteran. Moise is building his electrical career after military service. He brings discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every job site. In his spare time, he writes poetry.
